Passengers can reach our customer service via the main telephone number above. We provide traffic and passenger information in Hungarian from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on working days, and our Finance Department is available via the same number from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on working days.

Please note that our employees are currently only able to provide information by phone in Hungarian. If you want to inquire in English or Russian, you can ask your questions using the form below and get answered in writing in the language of your question. Response time is app. 1 week.
